It is the intent of the All New American Made Artisanal Initiative (ANAMAI) to raise and solicit funds with the express purpose of returning those funds back into the American Small Business community making goods of the highest caliber. The new creative economy is growing fast and is becoming an important economic sector as more and more American entrepreneurs are choosing a career path that embraces sustainable materials, local suppliers and its people. Along the way, some of these small businesses need help in order to get to the next level while NOT sacrificing their artistic integrity or their support for ‘Made in America’ and all the components that go with that label.
This is where ANAMAI can be essential by offering restricted cash awards.
ANAMAI has identified two types of grants that are of interest to the Board of Directors (BOD.)
ANAMAI’s grants are purely subjective and granted at the discretion of the BOD.
- Equipment Grants assist the maker, crafter, artisan in the procurement of a much needed new piece of equipment in order to meet an increased demand for the artisan’s product.
- Event Funding Grants assist the maker, crafter, artisan with the costs associated with participating in a market event of ANAMAI’s choosing.
